!! Pricing (non-volunteerd events):
$550 for a single talk up to 1.5 hours.
$2100 per room per day, up to 8 hours.
Included:
- Camera and operator to record presenters.
- Camera pointed at audience.
- Audio mixer and operator to mix a feed from the event's PA system and a condenser mic to capture what people in the audience say.
VGA Capture Device to provide a video feed of everything projected on the screen.
- Mixing of the 3 video streams: presenter, audience, VGA.
- Title slide with: Event name, Talk title, Presenter(s) name.
- Encode and upload each talk as a blip.tv episode.
- Provide a data file of [Talk Title, video url and site reference] to automate linking Talk descriptions on event's website to the videos hosted on blip.tv. (This assumes the event has a website, and someone who can use the datafile to update the site.)
- Set up and tear down before and after the event.
Options available for an additional charge:
- Projector and screen.
- PA system: microphones, audio mixer, sound tech, amplifier, speakers. This is for the attendees of the event. The included mic and mixer is only used for the recording.
- Camera operator for camera pointed at audience.
- additional camera and operator for multi person presentations or panel discussions. These can be done with 1, more is nicer.
- Live stream.
- Event web site.
There is an additional expense for travel,logging and shipping for venues that are not local. Travel is typically an event budgeted item (receipts are submitted for reimbursement up to a predefined amount), logging and shipping are added to the master bill of the event hotel.
There is no charge for viewing, and no product ads stuck on the front of the video.
Events over 4 room days require additional hardware and management.
We have an "Educational" model which can utilise conference volunteers rather than AV professionals running rooms, and pricing is reduced accordingly, for price sensitive events.
